Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the ACOMP platform ("ACOMP," "we," "us"), operated at acomp.app. By creating a workspace or using the service, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

2. The Service

ACOMP is a multi-tenant, subscription software platform for crane and lifting operations — quoting, dispatch, job management, field tickets, invoicing, equipment, personnel, and related workflows. We provide the service on a flat per-tenant subscription; unlimited users are included within your plan.

3. Your Data Is Yours

You own all data you enter into ACOMP. We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's operational data to benefit another customer. Tenant data is isolated at the database layer. You may export your data at any time in standard formats, and it leaves with you if you cancel. See our Privacy Policy and Tenant Data Covenant for detail.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for your users' activity and for keeping credentials secure.

5. Safety-Critical Disclaimer

ACOMP assists with planning, record-keeping, certification tracking, and lift documentation. It does notreplace the professional judgment of a qualified, certified operator, lift director, or engineer. All lift plans, load calculations, and safety decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professionals performing the work. ACOMP is a tool, not a decision-maker.

6. Subscription & Billing

Fees are billed per the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

7. Availability

We work to keep ACOMP available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACOMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these Terms. On termination you retain the right to export your data for a reasonable period.
